SRK Sree City Privacy Policy

SRK Sree City is a mobile application for authorized SRK Sree City field agents. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

The app may collect and process:

• Agent account details such as name, Agent ID, registered mobile number, role, territory, and login status.
• Phone authentication data used to verify OTP login through Firebase Authentication.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens used to deliver operational notifications.
• Venture, plot, inquiry, interested plot, notification, and performance data needed for field-agent workflows.
• Customer inquiry details entered by agents, including customer name, phone number, plot interest, and notes.

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• Verify agent login and protect app access.
• Show live plot availability and assigned field-agent information.
• Submit and manage customer inquiries.
• Mark and track interested plots.
• Send app notifications about operational updates.
• Maintain security, audit, and activity records for the service.

Data Sharing

The app uses Firebase services for phone authentication and push messaging. Information is not sold and is not used for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Data Storage and Security

The app communicates with the production API over HTTPS. Login tokens and locally cached app data are stored using secure device storage where supported. Agents can clear local session data by logging out.

Data Retention

Operational data is retained as needed for SRK Sree City business records, agent accountability, customer follow-up, legal compliance, and service security. Access can be changed or removed by SRK Sree City administrators.

Account Access

This app is available only to authorized SRK Sree City agents. If an agent leaves the organization or no longer requires access, SRK Sree City administrators can deactivate the account.
